Mai 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Der seit Anfang 2022 aktive, auf Immobilienfinanzierungen spezialisierte Anlageberater LOANLAND w\u00e4chst und hat erfolgreich seinen zweiten Private Debt Fonds platziert. Der als Einzelmandat und in einer Evergreen-Struktur aufgelegte \u201eLOANLAND Real Estate Tactical Credit Fund I S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF (LLRETCF I)\u201c soll einen dreistelligen Euro-Millionenbetrag f\u00fcr eine deutsche Versicherung investieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Anlagestrategie des Fonds erm\u00f6glicht die Vergabe von Whole Loan-Darlehen und Mezzanine-Finanzierungen f\u00fcr Bestandsobjekte und Projektentwicklungen, wobei der jeweilige Schwerpunkt flexibel an die aktuelle Marktlage und aufkommende Opportunit\u00e4ten angepasst werden soll. Neben Wohn-, B\u00fcro- und Logistikimmobilien investiert der Fonds auch in die Assetklassen Mixed Use, Micro Living und Einzelhandel. Die angestrebten Ticketgr\u00f6\u00dfen rangieren zwischen 10 und 35 Mio.
