November 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Die in Stuttgart ans\u00e4ssige ZuHause Real Estate Group hat zur Finanzierung einer Projektentwicklung f\u00fcr Wohnraum den Investment Manager LOANLAND an Bord geholt. Der von dem Frankfurter Unternehmen beratene Fonds \u201eLOANLAND Real Estate Tactical Credit Fund I S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF\u201c (\u201eLLRETCF I\u201c) stellt f\u00fcr das Vorhaben ein Mezzanine-Darlehen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Projektentwicklung befindet sich aktuell in der Hochbauphase und wird in der zweiten Jahresh\u00e4lfte 2024 fertiggestellt. Bereits jetzt ist ein Gro\u00dfteil der Wohneinheiten im Einzelvertrieb erfolgreich ver\u00e4u\u00dfert worden.<\/p>\n<p>Damit arrangiert LOANLAND bereits die dritte Finanzierung f\u00fcr den Mitte 2023 aufgelegten Fonds. Zuvor war der LLRETCF I bereits in die Finanzierung einer Logistikprojektentwicklung in Niedersachsen in Form eines Whole Loan sowie in die Finanzierung von Wohnimmobilien in Berlin mit einem Mezzanine-Darlehen eingebunden.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt soll der LOANLAND Real Estate Tactical Credit Fund I S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF f\u00fcr eine deutsche Versicherung durch die Vergabe von Whole Loan und Mezzanine-Finanzierungen einen dreistelligen Millionenbetrag in Bestandsobjekte und Projektentwicklungen investieren. Die angestrebten Ticketgr\u00f6\u00dfen rangieren typischerweise zwischen 10 und 35 Mio. Euro.
