Felix Bindrich

Managing Director

Felix is Managing Director at LOANLAND. He is transaction and finance specialist with almost 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and real estate. Prior to joining LOANLAND, he worked at Oceans & Company, EY, Metzler Corporate Finance and Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Philipps University in Marburg and a post graduate diploma in finance of Berkeley University of California.

Nils Steguweit

Associate

Nils is Associate at LOANLAND. Prior to joining LOANLAND, Nils was Analyst in Leveraged Finance at ING Wholesale Banking, working on the origination and execution of industry-agnostic transactions with private equity clients. In addition, he gained valuable experience in ING’s graduate program. Nils holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in finance from Goethe University Frankfurt.

Analyst

Robin is Analyst at LOANLAND. Prior to joining LOANLAND, he completed KfW Group’s graduate program in International Financial Markets and worked in the bank’s asset & liability management department. Steffen Ricken

CEO NAS Invest

Steffen is advisory board member of LOANLAND as well as Managing Partner and CEO of N A S Invest, the parent company of LOANLAND. He is responsible for expanding the relationship with equity and financing partners as well as the strategic development of the N A S group. In total, Steffen has more than 15 years of experience within the real estate sector, and has successfully executed corporate, capital market and real estate transactions with a volume of more than EUR 20 billion.

Oliver Zimper

CIO NAS Invest

Oliver is advisory board member of LOANLAND and Managing Partner and CIO of N A S Invest, the parent company of LOANLAND. As CIO, he is responsible for all real estate-related matters of the N A S group, including transaction and asset management. Oliver has a real estate vita of more than 26 years, in which he has carried out transactions with a volume of more than EUR 25 billion all around the world.

Nikolai is advisory board member of LOANLAND as well as Managing Partner and COO of N A S Invest, the parent company of LOANLAND. As COO, he is responsible for all matters related to Operations, Structuring and Financing at NAS Invest Group. Nikolai has more than 20 years of experience within the real estate industry with an executed real estate transaction volume of more than EUR 5 billion and holds degrees in business administration from HTW Berlin and Fernuniversität Hagen as well as an MBA from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
