Who we are

Felix is Managing Director at LOANLAND. He is transaction and finance specialist with almost 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and real estate. Prior to joining LOANLAND, he worked at Oceans & Company, EY, Metzler Corporate Finance and Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Philipps University in Marburg and a post graduate diploma in finance of Berkeley University of California.

Heino is Managing Director at LOANLAND and leads the firm’s restructuring and real estate finance activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, corporate banking, credit risk management, private debt and investor relations. Prior to joining LOANLAND, he held senior roles at Hamburg Commercial Bank, BF.real estate finance, HIH Invest Real Estate, aam2cred and Commerzbank as well as working as a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company. Heino holds a doctorate in business administration (Dr. rer. pol.).

Dietmar is Director at LOANLAND. He is a real estate debt and asset management specialist with more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, loan portfolio management and the restructuring of non-performing loans. Prior to joining LOANLAND, he held senior roles at Branicks Group, Eurohypo AG and Deutsche Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG as well as serving as an advisor at NORD/LB. Dietmar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, is a certified Real Estate Asset Manager (IREBS) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Luis is Analyst at LOANLAND. He focuses on real estate private debt and brings experience from real estate private equity and transactions through prior roles at Periskop Partners, Dunman Capital Partners, Cresco Real Estate and UBS. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and has also studied Business Administration at Universidad ESAN.
